1. How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?

Typically, products are delivered within 4–7 business days. If delivery times are expected to exceed this, it will be noted on the product page. 5. What if my product is damaged?
Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you suspect damage but cannot open the package, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If the item(s) arrives damaged, email photos to support@thevitalstride.com, and we’ll process a replacement or compensation promptly.

9. Do you charge sales tax?
We are located in Texas and only charge sales tax for orders shipped within the state. This can save you a significant amount compared to ordering from other retailers.
10. Can I change my order?
