At The Vital Stride, we aim to make your shopping experience worry-free. Our return and refund process is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.

1. Return Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period has passed.

2. Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Products: If you received an item that is damaged or not as described, we’ll cover the shipping cost to return it.
  • For Change of Mind Returns: If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Defective or Broken Products
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, notify us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and once we’ve inspected the item, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

4. Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? You can return the product within 30 days, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging. You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.

5. Refunds
After we receive and verify the returned product, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Please note that some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

A restocking fee may apply in some cases, depending on the situation.
