What if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you notice any damage upon delivery, please follow these steps:

Inspect the Packaging: Carefully check the item’s packaging upon arrival. If there’s visible damage, or even if the box appears compromised, make a note of it when signing for delivery.

Suspected Damage: If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

Report the Issue: If the item(s) is damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product. Send the photos to support@thevitalstride.com so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Once we’ve received your report, we’ll process an immediate replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
