How Your Order Works
- Shipped from the source: Orders ship directly from the manufacturer or its authorized distributor warehouse, not from our business office.
- Free shipping: Every order ships free within the contiguous United States, with no minimums and no hidden fees.
- Delivery time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with a total delivery time of 4-7 business days from the date your order is placed.
- Freight delivery: Large equipment ships by freight carrier, who will coordinate a delivery time with you.
- Tracking: You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns and Warranty
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Report within 7 days of delivery. We cover return shipping, and there's no restocking fee.
- Change-of-mind returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Warranty: Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty according to the manufacturer's terms. We'll help you coordinate any warranty claim.
